Use method.
1. Put the right amount of car wash water in a small plastic bottle, and drill a small hole of 0.5 mm diameter on the cap.
2. Check whether the scraper is intact and sharp, if broken should be replaced.
3. Check whether the ink roller is level, too old should be replaced (otherwise the amount of cleaning agent will increase in the cleaning process).
4. Check whether the rotation roller, PS version, ink roller is completely separated, each separate cleaning in order to wash fast and clean.
5. Before turning on the machine, spray the car wash water on the ink hopper and rotation rollers, will wash the ink rollers and then come back to scrub the ink hopper and rotation rollers.
6. Turn on the machine (to the highest speed) and then spray the appropriate amount of ink cleaner on the ink rollers, spray back and forth 2-3 times, each spray interval of 15-20 seconds (a little longer for large machines). After 1-2 minutes of operation, then tighten the ink scraper (this point should be paid special attention to).
7. After tightening the ink scraper, and ink scraper with a good connection between the ink roller, about 1 minute ink roller on the ink all be scraped clean, if the ink roller is not clean, should continue to add the right amount of ink cleaning agent in the ink roller is not clean, until clean.
8. Clean the rubber roller, after the ink roller flush water ink scraper will scrape out the milky white liquid in continue to flush water until the scraper clean, you can stop, the whole cleaning process takes 4-5 minutes.
